Review of your complete estate plan for adequacy, accuracy and compliance with current legal requirements and IRS regulations.  We will provide recommendations to update your Plan to meet your wishes.

We will also review all of your assets, such as IRAs, bank accounts, deeds, life insurance policies, to ensure they have been properly transferred to your Trust or name the Trustee as beneficiary.  Based upon our review, we will draft a plan of action to ensure any assets not transferred into your Trust are done so correctly.
