FICTITIOUS BUSINESS NAME
Does your corporation need a Fictitious Business Name? It does if it regularly transacts business, under a fictitious name, in the County of Santa Barbara within 40 days of first transacting business.
The Fictitious Business Name is one that DOES NOT include the surname of the individual owner, and EACH of the partners or the nature of the business is not clearly evident by the name.
Let us handle the heavy lifting, including filing for the FBN and making sure it is published in the correct local newspaper within the time limits required.
